FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENS
The FMS is the tool we use for standardized movement screening to see how an athlete is moving in everyday life. Deficits here can lead to deficits higher up the chain with sports performance.
The Y-balance test is the tool we use to measure an athlete’s functional symmetry, motor control, and dynamic balance.
MULTI-SPORT PERFORMANCE SCREENS
We work with all levels of athletes in various sports to assess strength and weaknesses, and formulate a personalized plan to go to the next level.
FUNDAMENTAL CAPACITY SCREENS
The FCS is the tool we use to look at power, speed, elasticity, balance and postural control. This screen bridges the gap between everyday movement and sport. It is a measure of basic performance capacities.
VERTICAL JUMP TESTING AND PERFORMANCE
We use vertical jump testing to assess vertical power in our athletes and can design an individualized program to incorporate force transfer techniques, strengthening, and plyometrics to help improve various types of jumping abilities.
